Come As You Are. Your Story Isn't Finished.

Come As You Are.

Your Story Matters. Feelings are Valid. Past Isn't Your Future. Story Isn't Finished.

“Compassionate therapy for caregivers, special needs parents, people facing serious illness, and adults 65 and over — anyone ready for a life that feels like their own again.”

From the outside, you look like you're handling everything. You know the appointments, the routines, the right thing to say when things get hard. People tell you how strong you are. But they don't see what it costs you.

You're tired in a way that sleep doesn't fix.

You feel alone, because your kind of hard doesn't look like anyone else's.

You feel grief for a life you didn't expect.

You feel guilty for wanting something just for yourself.

Getting through each day isn’t the same as feeling connected. Your situation doesn’t have to change for your life to feel different. That’s the work we can do together.

Why I Do this Work

I believe people carrying a hard, ongoing reality, whether their own, someone else’s, or someone they care for, deserve care too. Caregivers, paid and unpaid, and people living with illness or disability are often so used to being “the strong one” that asking for help feels wrong, even selfish. It isn’t. You matter — not just for what you give or go through, but simply because you matter.

What Therapy Looks Like

There’s hope here, even when the situation itself can’t change. What I can offer is help finding relief, connection, and even joy within the life you’re living. Meet with me to start your journey toward hope!

Maybe You're Here Because You Are...

Whether you're caring for someone you love, someone you're paid to care for, or yourself, it's time someone helped you.

Special Needs Parents

You’re raising a child with a disability, a child who is neurodivergent, or a child with a chronic medical condition. School meetings, therapies, advocacy that never lets up — alongside grief for the future you once imagined. I help you hold both: the love and the exhaustion, the fight and the sadness.

Family Caregivers

You’re watching a parent or spouse decline, and the role between you has reversed. If you’re also raising your own kids or working a job, you’re pulled between generations who all need you. This grief has no clear end, and the guilt shows up no matter what you do. I help you grieve someone who is still here, while finding moments of connection along the way.

Professional Caregivers

You show up for other people’s hardest days as your job — social worker, nurse, teacher, direct support professional, or another caregiving role. The exhaustion is real, even if it’s “just your job.” I help you protect your own well-being so the work stays sustainable.

Adults 65 and Over

Getting older doesn’t mean your mental health matters any less. Relationships change — the people you used to lean on may not be as available, whether from distance, loss, or changes of their own. Health problems can add another layer, making it harder to cope. I help you navigate what’s changing and build the support you need.

Chronic Illness & Disability

You’re the one living with the diagnosis, managing it every day, often while feeling pressure to stay positive and not be “a burden.” I help you work through the loss and frustration, and find your way back to feeling like yourself.
